A space where mind & body unite in authenticity…

Combining my Philosophy Bachelor’s Degree and my Pantarei Studies, my approach to therapy focuses on the interconnection of the Mind & Body. I have always had an innate need to understand and in turn, help people. However, I did not experience clearly what this implied and the role this could play in my life until I found myself struggling with my own mental health. During this difficult period in my life, I experienced and struggled with traditional therapy routes. It was then that I got introduced to the holistic approach that is Somatic Therapy. Here I experienced a space where judgment was absent, and I could truly be myself. The integration of mind and body during therapy sessions helped me uncover what it meant to connect with my authentic self. The experience was transformative, and I became fascinated by the profound impact that this approach had on my mental health.

Motivated by my experiences, I signed up for the Pantarei studies in Berlin. While completing my bachelor's in Philosophy and continuing my studies, I realised that my true calling lay in creating awareness for both Somatic Therapy and Philosophy within an interconnected framework. To create an awareness of what it implies for the intellect and body to come together and the life-changing effects that can come about from this connection.

Ever since I started working as a Somatic Therapist, I knew I would one day want to offer sessions amongst the herd of horses I had the privilege of growing up with. These horses, who have each travelled their own path of trauma and healing, offer something deeply unique to the therapeutic process. I have learned many lessons from them while witnessing their healing journeys and they have always left me in awe and pure admiration. I’ve experienced firsthand how their intuitive presence creates an environment of profound safety, where authentic healing can take place. They teach us the value of being present, grounded, and true to ourselves - lessons that mirror the core of somatic therapy. Bringing my work together with this herd has been more powerful than I ever imagined. The way they engage with us, reflect our emotions, and offer quiet companionship speaks to something beyond words. For me, this is not just about therapy - it’s about sharing the deep connection and wisdom that comes from being with these horses, and witnessing the transformative effects it has on those who step into their world.

I am driven to share my insights and knowledge with others, to unveil the transformative power of Somatic Therapy, Philosophical Exploration, and Healing Among Horses. I aspire to offer the warmth and guidance that I received, guiding others on their journey towards authenticity and self-discovery. My passion is clear: to introduce as many people as possible to the healing capacities present when our mind & body meet and through this, to unlock the potential for healing and growth in others. My journey has been one of growth, and I aim to help others flourish on their own unique paths of self-discovery, transformation, and authenticity.

Philosophical Exploration

The incorporation of Philosophy into my therapy practice is rooted in my belief that living authentically is essential for personal fulfilment and well-being. Throughout my studies in Philosophy, I've been engaged in exploring how individuals can lead lives that align with their true selves. Every individual has a Philosophy of Life and when we live our lives in a manner that contradicts our authentic nature, we can find ourselves stuck, unfulfilled, and lacking purpose. However, when we uncover and embrace our own personal philosophy, we can unlock our authenticity and live in alignment with our values, aspirations, and authentic Self.

My sessions integrate Philosophical Exploration to help you navigate your journey towards authenticity. Together, we explore questions such as: What does it mean to live authentically? How can we align our actions with our deepest values and beliefs? How can we navigate the tension between societal expectations and our own authentic desires and values?

By delving into these philosophical inquiries, we uncover pathways for you to cultivate greater self-awareness, clarity, and purpose in your life.

My aim is to provide a space where you can explore and develop your own personal philosophy, empowering you to live more fully and authentically in every aspect of your life.
