What does a Somatic Therapy session look like?
A Somatic Therapy session focuses on integrating the mind and body to support your healing process. It begins with a check-in to discuss your current state and set the intention for the session, ensuring we are aligned on your goals.
Through talk therapy, breathwork, sensation awareness, grounding exercises, bodywork, and touch (for in-person sessions), we engage both physical and mental aspects of your experience. Throughout the session, we stay aware of emotions, sensations, and the body, incorporating elements from the past, present, and future.
The session concludes with a silent integration period, allowing your body to absorb and process the experience.
My sessions are offered in Ibiza (at Ibiza Horse Valley or in the comfort of your own home) or online.

1:1 SOMATIC SESSION AMONG A HERD

✤ 1:1 Somatic Therapy session with a herd of rescued horses in nature.
✤ [75 minutes] (90 minutes for the first session).
✤ No prior horse experience required.
✤ The first session will include information about horse and herd behaviour.

These sessions follow the same structure as mentioned above. Since the session is given among the herd, the horses have the opportunity to become a partner in the healing process. They seem to know, in ways we often can’t, exactly when and if to approach, how to engage, or when to simply stand beside us in quiet solidarity. These horses offer an unparalleled sense of love, safety, compassion, and deep wisdom.
When you step into their world, the connection to your body and your intuitive self is immediate. The outside world falls away, and you're left with the purity of the moment - no distractions, no barriers, just you, the herd, and the present moment.

This Intensive Somatic Therapy Immersion offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into one specific topic or to deepen your overall mind-body connection, facilitating profound healing and growth in a condensed timeframe. Perfect for retreats or individuals with a short stay, this immersive program is designed to deliver impactful results quickly.
Online Intake Session:
We begin with an online intake session to understand your specific needs, goals, and the topic you wish to explore. This initial session sets the foundation for our work together, ensuring a personalized and focused approach.
Three In-Person Sessions:
Experience the power of Somatic Therapy in three intensive, in-person sessions. These sessions are tailored to delve deeply into your chosen topic, utilising a variety of somatic techniques to foster a strong mind-body connection. Through talk therapy, hands-on bodywork, movement, and breathwork, I aim to release stored tensions, process unresolved emotions, and unlock new insights.
Online Follow-Up Session:
Following the in-person immersion, an online follow-up session to integrate your experiences and reinforce the progress made takes place. This session provides continued support and guidance as you navigate the changes and insights gained from the intensive therapy.
